Shipping Policy

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being completed and paid for, Monday through Friday. If an order is made after 5pm, it will be mailed on the next business day. If an order is made after 5pm on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday. If the order is made on a United States federal holiday, the order will be shipped on the following business day. (United States Federal Holidays include: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday, George Washington's Birthday (observed), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day (observed), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)

Order Tracking
All orders will be provided a tracking number except those that are for in-person delivery. The Tracking Number will be provided via electronic mail once obtained.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and the order's final destination. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders
If an order contains an item not currently in-stock, your order will be held until all parts of that order are available. To avoid this delay, please look to your shopping cart during checkout for an advisory message regarding backorders.

Return/Exchange Policy

At Just Uptown Games we strive to make our service to you the top priority. If you find yourself in a situation where your order isn't up to par, you are welcomed to return your order by following the below return policy.

Collectable Card Game (CCG) singles must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Other items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The following applies to all returns:

  • The item must be in the same condition that it was delivered in.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, unopened. (i.e. Shrink-wrap intact, sealed booster packs, etc.)
  • All returns MUST be preapproved. Any returns which are not preapproved will be marked as return to sender and unopened. Before you send your returns back, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization. If you are within the first 7 days of your order made, you can request an RMA in the My Account section of the website. If you are making a request after 7 days but no more than 30 days from your order, you must email orders@justuptowngames.com. You must include this number with a return to receive a refund or credit. (You can also submit a ticket to provide more detail.)
  • You are responsible for shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to an error on our end, we will reimburse return shipping costs (USPS First-Class Mail or Parcel only) after the item has been received. (If we sent you the wrong item, we will provide a shipping label for you to apply on your package along with the correct item.)
  • We recommend that you insure your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that Just Uptown Games does not receive.

Sales and Use Tax Policy

We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state's department of revenue website.

IWL ENTERTAINMENT COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including New York.

IWL ENTERTAINMENT DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because IWL Entertainment is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.

FOR OUR TAX-EXEMPT CUSTOMERS:
IWL ENTERTAINMENT DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file.

ITEMS WE COLLECT SALES TAX ON:
We collect sales tax on all tangible items as required by law. In certain states, such as New York, we are required to collect sales tax on Shipping and Handling charges.
