  1. Do you guys ship to my country?
    We ship to any country serviceable by the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, or FedEx. If you can normally receive eBay orders or orders from other card game sites, you can more than likely receive orders from us.
  2. What is the status of my order?
    To view the status of your order, simply log in to your account. While in the "My Account" section of the site, look to the "Open Orders." If your order is not listed there, try the "Show All Orders" link. When you find the appropriate order, click on the View Button. If your order is not listed in either section, please contact us.
  3. Do you provide tracking numbers?
    We provide a tracking number with ALL orders made. There is no extra charge for this. The tracking number is attached onto your order when it is updated to "Shipped" status. When this is done, we will also send an email. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder.
  4. Why doesn't my tracking number work?
    Tracking numbers are sometimes not immediately available. All of the courier systems infrequently update their databases throughout the day and this can take as long as 12 hours before they update. If your number doesn't work the day after we sent you the tracking number, please email us to let us know.
  5. When will my order arrive?
    Order delivery times vary based on location and carrier. There often delays in the reporting by the carrier services. Once the package has been turned over to the courier, that courier will often give an estimation of when they plan on delivering it.
  6. What are customer rewards?
    We offer a rewards program for our regular customers in order to earn discounts on their future orders.
  7. Do you buy cards?
    No, not currently. We plan on providing a buylist of cards soon.
  8. What payment options are available?
    We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, money orders and checks. For international customers, we also offer Skrill as a payment processor.
  9. Do you accept returns?
    Our returns policy provides the details regarding out return policy and the process involved in returns.
  10. How do I cancel an order?
    You may request to cancel an order within the first 12 hours of the order time by using the Contact Us form below. You must do this before we update the order to "Shipped."
  11. How do you protect my privacy?
    Our privacy policy details what information we collect and the measures we put in place to protect it.
